Refund policy
Each product you see in our catalog is custom printed to your specifications—once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or products with major faults. In the unlikely event of a major manufacturing or printing issue, we will print and ship the item again at no extra cost to you. If any item is faulty or not as ordered, please notify us immediately and send a photo of the fault to us within 7 days of freight carrier delivery date of the order.
Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange items if you change your mind or picked the wrong size or options. If you do make an error, contact us immediately and we may be able to adjust your order if we receive your request immediately after your order is submitted. We will contact you within approximately 1 day to update you on the issue.
We do not offer refunds if you provided the wrong address or the item was lost or damaged during delivery or after delivery. If any of these occur please contact us and we can assist you to lodge the issue with the delivery company to organise a replacement, where appropriate.
Garments are not like other products that are made by machines. Shirts, sweaters, hoodies, etc, are all sewn together by human hands and therefore each one is unique and variations in the garments may occur.
For example, two shirts of the same size, may actually be cut and sewn differently causing a slight variations in actual size of approximately +/- 1 inch different from the measurement in the size chart. Our manufacturer inspects each shirt for obvious variations and/or defects, but sometimes issues slip may slip through. If you receive any garments that you are not 100% satisfied with, please send us a photograph of the issue and we will work with you to correct the problem.
Our product images are mockups and the final product may contain a slight variation in the t-shirt color or printed design than the shade than appears on your screen.
We currently only to ship to addresses within the USA.
Accounts and membership
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website and Services. By using the Website and Services and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.
